There is an important part of wisdom/understanding that requires us to know its value and to intentfully seek it out. People often ignore good wisdom, because they don’t see it as good wisdom. They do that because they don’t know it’s actually value. They have to train their eyes to see the treasure that I lies within it, to see the value that lies within it. Value, wisdom, understanding. Seek after it. Love it. Then you’ll understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God.
