“After this I heard what sounded like the roar of a great multitude in heaven shouting: “Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God,” – Revelation 19:1 NIV

Notice how there is aspect of shouting. It’s like every fiber of their being wants to scream out praises to the Lord. We need God for life and should seek him for that but even more than that. A lot of the time when someone does something for us we simply thank them. God defeated those who were our enemies would it not suffice to simply praise him? Why do they take it a step a further and shout it? It’s because he is simply that worthwhile praising. We should take our utter dependence on him and recognition of his awesomeness and seek to praise him with all of ourselves even if there are barriers preventing us from doing it easily. He is that worthwhile. Shout praises of God. HALLELUJAH!!!
