“Lord, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name, for in perfect faithfulness you have done wonderful things, things planned long ago.” – Isaiah 25:1 NIV

God, unlike us towards him, is perfectly faithful towards us. We don’t have to trust his will towards us being for our benefit and good as he has promised us. Trust that aspect of his character, which is clearly evident by what we know about God.
