God sees how vital it is for us to listen to him. It is life and death. Sin is life and death. People like to claim that when they lie or do some small sin that it isn’t a big deal. That isn’t true. God’s words are life. His commands are life. What he says, he says because he loves us and wants us to live. Listen to God. Listen to whatever he says even when it’s hard to believe that it’s important. Life hangs on the balance.
